Service

We service all brands and most models of coin, currency and check processing equipment, and we are authorized to repair most brands of coin and bill changers.

We offer:

On-Site Service: KY, Southern IN, Southwestern OH, Western WV and Eastern TN. We can perform emergency repairs or scheduled preventative maintenance on a pay per call basis or under an annual service agreement.

Depot Service: You can send us your equipment or component (such as coin acceptors or bill validators), or you can drop them off at our office. In some instances you may be able to drop off your equipment, go shopping or take in some sightseeing in the KY Bluegrass area and pick up your repaired unit on the same day.

Replacement Parts: We have a large inventory of parts for both current and older equipment that is no longer supported by the manufacturers. When you have purchased parts from us, we will provide telephone support to aid you in installing and adjusting the parts. (If there is extensive dismantling or adjustments required, there may be a charge)

Telephone Support: If you have a machine that needs reprogramming, such as new fields or information on MICR Encoders, new bagstop settings on coin counting machines, etc.,we may be able to walk you through the process over the phone for a small fee, saving you the expense of having someone come to your location. We can also aid you in trouble shooting problems for a wide variety of check, coin, and currency handling machines, saving you both time and money.

We love thinking green at Aker Service. We can give you cash for your used equipment, while also giving you that good feeling that comes with helping the environment. We will pay you cash for your surplus or obsolete equipment. If you choose, you can even use credit from your used equipment towards purchase's of equipment or supplies.
